1) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

2) What is your return and exchange policy?

Your happiness is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with any unworn merchandise they can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs will be covered by the customer.

3) Which currency is listed on the website?

All the prices of the products are in USD.


4) Can I use two different coupon codes during check out?

Unfortunately, only one code can be used per transaction. Follow us on our social media accounts and sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest news and discount codes on our products!

5) How long does it take to ship orders?

We aim to get your orders to you within 7 business days. However, the amount of time it takes depends on the shipping method and address.

If you are experiencing delays in receiving your order please send us an email and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

6) Do you provide plus sizing?

Yes, we provide plus sizes. Our sweaters and shirts will be available in sizes up to 4XL and 2XL respectively. Email us for more details!

7) What is your sizing like?

Our sweaters are unisex, so ladies, it's a good idea to size down from what you would normally buy, unless you like it baggy!

For the shirts, the apparel fits true to size.

For specific measurements, click on the products and the information on each size will be displayed.

8) Garment Care

Generally, it's a good idea to do the following:

  1. Turn garment inside out
  2. Machine wash cold
  3. Gentle cycle
  4. Wash with similar colours
  5. Tumble dry low
  6. Cold iron if needed, do not iron decoration
